Your information

PlayUnion stores your sign-in identifier, email, profile, bookings, saved courts, and booking messages. Venue providers can see the name, reservation details, and messages associated with bookings for their courts. Administrators manage providers and reservations.

Your control

You can edit your name and phone number and download your account data from Profile & privacy. Venue photographs are stored for listing display. Do not include sensitive information in booking notes or messages.

Reservations & payment

Bookings are confirmed when an available slot is successfully reserved. No card information is collected and no online payment is taken. Pay the displayed booking total directly at the venue. The venue’s cancellation deadline is displayed before confirmation. Contact the venue through booking messages for exceptions.

Launch status

This marketplace is in private setup. The operating company, privacy contact, retention policy, and full country-specific terms must be supplied before opening to customers. Independent account registration and card payments are not enabled. This page is operational information, not a completed legal policy.
